What is covered
Every device sold by Brandos carries a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Apple devices carry a term of 12 months — the exact term is listed on each product page.
The warranty covers component failure and defects present from manufacture. That includes screens that fail without impact, batteries that lose capacity abnormally fast, ports that stop working, and boards that fail.
What is not covered
- Physical damage from drops or impact
- Liquid damage
- Damage from unauthorised repair attempts
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Consumable wear, such as ear cushions or cables
None of these void your ability to have the device repaired — they just mean the repair is chargeable. We will always quote before doing any work.
Making a claim
Bring the device to the shop with your order number, or contact us and we will arrange collection at our cost. Most repairs are turned around within 5 to 7 working days. If a repair will take longer than 14 days, we will offer a replacement instead.
