This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We need these to fulfil and deliver your order and to contact you if there is a problem with it.
If you create an account, we also store your order history and any saved addresses. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
Payments
We do not store card details. Card and mobile money payments are processed by Paystack, and your payment details go directly to them. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and a reference number.
Who we share it with
Your name, phone number and address are shared with the courier delivering your order. That is the only routine sharing we do. We do not sell customer data.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain transaction records.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your basket. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
