Pricing
All prices are shown in Ghana cedis and US dollars, and include applicable taxes. We make every effort to keep prices accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before processing the order rather than shipping at the wrong price or cancelling silently.
Stock
Stock levels shown are live. Very occasionally an item sells in-store at the same moment it sells online. If that happens we will contact you within one working day with the option of a refund or a restock date.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to decline an order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for consequential loss, including data loss — please keep backups of anything important before bringing a device in for repair.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
